About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Cruise Advisor to join our team at FCM Travel. As a Wholesale Cruise Advisor, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to travel agents, building strong relationships with our agents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents to promote cruise holidays and packages.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to agents on cruise options, itineraries, and pricing.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of cruise packages and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new developments, and product offerings to provide the best possible service to our agents and customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the cruise or travel industry, with a focus on wholesale sales and customer service.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to work effectively with travel agents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is highly desirable.
