Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Cruise Advisor to join our dedicated team of cruise experts focused on delivering exceptional service and support. As a Wholesale Cruise Advisor, you will be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays, including packages, to travel agents and building strong relationships with our agents to ensure you are their expert for all travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents to promote Cruise HQ's cruise packages and services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to travel agents on cruise holidays, including packages and itineraries.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Cruise HQ remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cruise HQ's products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the cruise or travel industry, with a strong understanding of cruise products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with travel agents and other stakeholders.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including GDS systems.
