About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Cruise Advisor to join our team at FCM Travel. As a Wholesale Cruise Advisor, you will be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays to travel agents, building strong relationships with our agents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents to promote cruise holidays and packages.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to agents on cruise options and itineraries.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver unique and tailored cruise packages to meet the needs of our agents and their clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our agents have access to the latest cruise options and promotions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the cruise or travel industry, with a focus on wholesale sales and customer service.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and the ability to work effectively with travel agents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the cruise industry, including cruise lines, itineraries, and onboard amenities.
