Job Title: Wholesale Cruise Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Cruise Advisor to join our team. As a Wholesale Cruise Advisor, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to travel agents and building strong relationships with our agents to ensure they receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell cruise holidays to travel agents, including packages and exclusive deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to ensure they receive exceptional service and support
  • Confidently book cruises, flights, accommodations, touring, and other travel arrangements
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company
Requirements:
  • Essential experience in the cruise/travel industry, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and achieving sales targets
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
  • Experience with GDS systems is highly desirable
