Job Title: Wholesale Cruise Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Cruise Advisor to join our team. As a Wholesale Cruise Advisor, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays to travel agents and building strong relationships with our agents to ensure they receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell cruise holidays to travel agents, including packages and exclusive deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to ensure they receive exceptional service and support
  • Confidently book cruises, flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the cruise or travel industry
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
