Patient Services Manager

Your RoleAs a Patient Services Manager working from our Circular Quay facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective
- Delegating and assigning tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators
- Managing and mentoring a team of Administrators
- End of month and pre-end of month reporting
- Managing clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI billing, and yearly fee estimates
- Providing quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Manager who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following qualifications and skills to the role:
- Dedicated experience in health/medical administration management
- Tech proficiency in intermediate healthcare IT platforms
- Industry know-how in basic/intermediate health industry terminology
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly from a people management perspective
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated excellent time management
