Your Role
As a Patient Services Manager working with our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience seamless and supportive interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operational Management
- Manage the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective.
- Delegate and assign tasks to your team of patient service administrators.
- Manage and mentor a team of administrators.
- Financial Management
- Manage clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI billing, and yearly fee estimates.
- Customer Service
- Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:
- Dedicated Experience
- Health/medical administration management experience.
- Tech Proficiency
- Familiarity with intermediate healthcare IT platforms.
- Industry Know-How
- Understanding of basic/intermediate health industry terminology.
- Communication Mastery
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly from a people management perspective.
- Precision Matters
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical Prowess
- Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Bi-Lingual
- English/Mandarin highly regarded.
- Time Management
- Demonstrated excellent time management.
