About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to lead our operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across administration and courier functions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to improve patient experience and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage administration and courier teams to deliver efficient and effective service to patients
- Fleet management and maintenance
- Provide operational support to the Business Support Officer and collaborate on administrative tasks
- Recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Work closely with the Head of Human Resources and leadership team to align operations with organizational goals
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fleet management and supporting administrative functions
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field
