Your Role

As a Patient Services Manager at City Fertility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients experience informative, transparent, and supportive interactions at every step. You will be responsible for managing the daily operation of our clinic from an administrative perspective, delegating and assigning tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators, and managing and mentoring a team of Administrators.

You will also be responsible for end of month and pre-end of month reporting, managing clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI billing, and yearly fee estimates. Additionally, you will provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation of the clinic from an administrative perspective
  • Delegate and assign tasks to your team of Patient Service Administrators
  • Manage and mentor a team of Administrators
  • End of month and pre-end of month reporting
  • Manage clinic financial reconciliation, including refunds, invoice adjustments, DGI billing, and yearly fee estimates
  • Provide quality customer services to patients, clinicians, and other departments within the business
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:

  • Dedicated experience in health/medical administration management
  • Tech proficiency in intermediate healthcare IT platforms
  • Industry know-how in basic/intermediate health industry terminology
  • Communication mastery in highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly from a people management perspective
  • Precision matters in exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical prowess in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
  • Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin highly regarded
  • Time management in demonstrated excellent time management
