Patient Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our administration and courier teams at our Virtual Care Centre in Eastwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and enhancing our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage administration and courier teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to meet the needs of our patients
- Fleet management
- Provide operational support to the Business Support Officer and collaborate on various administrative tasks
- Recruitment, onboarding and training
- Work closely with the Head of Human Resources and the leadership team to align operations with organisational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and service efficiency
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fleet management and supporting administrative functions
- A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, healthcare administration or a related field will be highly regarded
