- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey key information clearly and concisely.
- Stay up-to-date with products, timetables, and promotions for our marine-based tour and transport services.
- Manage bookings from email, phone, web chat, and direct sources accurately using Custom Linc.
- Process payment bookings and ensure correct end-of-day cash-ups.
- Finalize QA bookings while applying relevant promotions.
- Coordinate bookings with third-party providers efficiently.
- Ensure all Reservations Policies and Procedures are followed at all times.
- Provide catering information as required.
- Offer exceptional service in the Retail Store, upselling merchandise where possible.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and manifests for the next day's operations.
- Respond to guest feedback in a friendly and professional manner, following company Policies & Procedures.
