About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Commercial Leader to join our team at Parity Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic priorities to support the Organisation's goals.
  • Develop and implement commercial Go-to-Market strategies for new products and solutions.
  • Define and manage brand stories and marketing plans across various business lines.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and financial performance to ensure alignment with organizational metrics.
  • Manage and optimize contract modifications and business re-pricing for existing customers.
  • Present RFP strategies and pricing submissions to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a motivated and aligned workforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in commercial strategic pricing, product management, and project management.
  • B2B marketing and product development.
  • Strong understanding of the fleet leasing, automotive, asset, or rental and mobility markets (desirable).
  • Experience in P&L management and financial metrics.
