Senior Commercial Contracts Advisor

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Contract Specialist to provide support and guidance on commercial contract negotiations. This role will involve reviewing and analyzing tenders, customer supply contracts, and addressing a range of commercial issues for our business in the Australasian region.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tender and/or commercial contract management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to read, analyze, and understand commercial ramifications of contract provisions.
- Support commercial contract negotiations and develop strategies to drive favorable outcomes.
- Oversee and review the execution and compliance of contracts.
- Manage commercial contracts, including reviewing and managing variation requests.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender and/or commercial contract management.
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand commercial ramifications of contract provisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak fluently in lay terms to a range of audiences.
