We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team and shape the future of retirement savings. This role will involve building trusted partnerships with unions across Australia, advocating for members' best financial interests, and unlocking growth opportunities.

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and new union partners
  • Identify high-potential industries and union-led opportunities to drive national growth
  • Deliiver member education, advice, and insights in their best financial interests
  • Champion shared values and advocacy to support mutual membership
  • Collaborate across teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills
  • Solve problems creatively and think on your feet
  • A strong foundation in relationship management, business development, or member engagement—ideally working with unions or within profit-for-member superannuation
  • The ability to build trust and influence, with a proven track record of forming partnerships that deliver real value for everyone involved
  • Confidence in communicating and presenting to union leaders, internal teams, and stakeholders at every level
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and independence—you don't wait for direction, you create momentum
  • Relevant qualifications in superannuation, commerce, finance, marketing, or industrial relations that support your strategic thinking
  • Understanding of superannuation legislation and compliance, and RG146 certification
  • Passion for advocating for members' best financial interests and collaborating with others to make it happen
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel when needed to build and maintain strong national relationships
