
Senior Partnership Builder

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our integration and technology partner business.
This role involves leading a team of partner managers and strategically growing the partner network across the region. You will identify high-potential collaborators, onboard and enable them, and drive demand creation with consultants, end users, and influencers in the built environment.
Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with sales, product management, technical support, and marketing to deliver joint solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
You will have at least 5 years of experience in partner or channel management, preferably in building automation, fire safety, or security domains. A strong understanding of the built environment and its ecosystem, including system integrators, controls vendors, or smart building platform providers, is also essential.
This is a highly cross-functional management role where you will need to balance technical fluency and business acumen. You should be able to lead a team, build partnerships that scale, and think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
