Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager who can drive business growth by leveraging new opportunities, building enduring client relationships, and fostering strategic partnerships.

This role is focused on converting inbound leads into successful partnerships and generating new business through targeted outreach strategies.

The ideal candidate is a master relationship-builder and a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to share knowledge, learn from each other, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Managing and converting all inbound sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings by understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, strategic outreach, and building referral partnerships.
  • Developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance lead generation and expand our market reach.
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing regular progress reports and forecasts.
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities.
  • Crafting compelling proposals and delivering persuasive pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with our production and client management teams to ensure a smooth project handover and exceptional client satisfaction.
About You

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or strategic partnership role.
