About the Role

This is a 3-month assignment as an Administrative Specialist - Data Management, commencing ASAP. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of an integrated solution in MyHR to streamline the upload and verification of staff qualifications and registrations.

The Organisation

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and migrate qualification and registration data into a central database within set timelines.
  • Conduct data audits and gap analysis; source additional data as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation, analysis, and reporting in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Map processes and update documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with HR, the Office of the Provost, Schools, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree and experience or extensive administrative experience with specialist expertise.
  • Strong understanding of policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and efficiency in delivering timely results.
  • Advanced proficiency in software, including enterprise systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
