Our success is driven by the skills of our 3,500 dedicated staff who support over 50,000 Queenslanders annually. We are now seeking an Organisational Design Lead to join our Centre of Expertise - Workforce Planning & Design.
About the RoleThis permanent role provides a unique opportunity to lead strategic organisational design during a time of change and reform, impacting how we work into the future. You will engage with key stakeholders to develop organisation design aligned to strategy and service delivery models, and provide analytical and OD expertise to design right work, roles, and structures.
You will be responsible for optimising business teams and functions, ensuring that organisation model principles and standards are understood and applied across the organisation effectively. Your ability to partner with senior leaders using a consultative approach will be crucial in achieving fit-for-purpose organisational design.
About YouYou will be highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a proven background in organisational design within complex environments. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, detail focus, and analytical abilities, as well as effective communication and influencing skills.
Your strengths include devising, managing, and delivering organisation design processes and initiatives, with minimum 5 years of experience. You will also have sound understanding/experience with employment instruments, job evaluation, and remuneration frameworks.
