About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist to join our People and Wellbeing division at Endeavour Foundation. This exciting opportunity will see you develop, implement, and optimise workforce strategies that align with our organisation's business needs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year strategic workforce plan aligned with business goals.
- Analyse workforce data to forecast future talent needs, identifying gaps and surpluses.
- Design and execute talent gap analysis and succession planning frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams on upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Use workforce analytics tools to generate reports and insights.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment on workforce strategies.
- Provide thought leadership on workforce trends and talent issues.
- Support organisational change initiatives through strategic workforce planning.
- Ensure financial sustainability through effective management of workforce planning budgets.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in workforce planning, transformation, and strategic workforce development.
- Strong background in data analysis, predictive modelling, and scenario planning.
- Proficiency with workforce analytics tools and data management practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong project and change management experience.
- Ability to communicate complex workforce plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
