We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the General Manager - ANZ Region. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the Australian and New Zealand market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the ANZ business, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy and goals.
- Financial Management: Oversee the P&L and sales revenue of the ANZ business, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of commercial, customer experience, medical, HR, and finance professionals.
- Market Development: Develop and execute a local business strategy that drives growth and market share in the ANZ region.
- Culture and Integration: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring seamless integration with the global company's values and behaviors.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on business growth and development.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and success.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
