About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support three Executives within the Home Loans Portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage the Executives' diaries, ensuring seamless coordination of internal and external meetings.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of documents for key meetings, including Exco/Board meetings.
- Provide business management support, including invoice processing, procurement assistance, and travel arrangements.
- Manage expenses and reconcile monthly statements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with peers, Group Executive Offices, and Executive Assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Organise off-site events and team meetings, ensuring all requirements are met and company policies are followed.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a high level of discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in event management and providing support at senior levels of an organisation is highly desirable.
