About the Role
As the Associate Director, Commercial Rates in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to develop, deliver and execute Rates for Markets within the Commercial customer franchise and improve the delivery of risk management solutions. You and the Commercial Rates team will provide risk management services across a range of interest rate hedging products. You will cover customers across various business segments, driven by business requirements.

What will your day look like?
As the Associate Director, Commercial Rates, you are accountable for:
• Achieving revenue targets for individual customer sets.
• Supporting the Commercial Rates business to deliver their financial targets.
• Improving customer satisfaction and franchise feedback.
• Understanding and meeting customer needs, solving problems, deepening relationships, and offering alternative risk solutions.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and working with partners to deliver.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve the customer and employee experience.
• Working with Relationship to deliver suitable risk management products into the Commercial customer base.
• Collaborating with Relationship and product partners to provide client-centric coverage.
• Promoting collaborative relationships and culture across the Commercial Rates Team.
• Creating learning opportunities out of everyday situations to build product and customer knowledge.
• Aligning and adhering with both Markets governance policies, processes, standards, and with external regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrating the ANZ values and culture.
What will you bring?

• Markets sales experience, with a customer focus.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Markets product and processes.
• Adapting future approach based on previous experience, mistakes, and developmental feedback.
• Proven ability to identify customer opportunities, build relationships, and provide effective risk management solutions.
• Tertiary qualified and relevant professional industry accreditation preferred.
• Good organizer including competent time management skills and ability to work across multiple items concurrently.
