Service Desk Officer

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our team at Hydro Tasmania. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our staff across the Hydro Tasmania group.
You will be responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. Your technical knowledge and ability to provide a positive customer experience will be integral to your success.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience supporting services within an ITIL Service Management framework. You should be confident in your ability to provide exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in process improvement.
