Job Summary:

3124 UXC Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across a wide range of technical incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 support to customers, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Log and manage Service Requests (MACs), ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with customers.
  • Monitor response and resolution times, providing users with updates and resolution timeframes.
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support activities with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Evaluate and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1+ years' experience providing support in an IT/Telecommunications service desk environment.
  • Experience with IT Service Management applications like Service Now is highly desirable.
  • You will work well under pressure, handling high-priority issues with ease and poise.
  • You will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Above all, you will have exceptional communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
