About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our team at Hydro Tasmania. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our staff across the Hydro Tasmania group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to staff across the Hydro Tasmania group, including field-based staff in remote locations.
  • Identify and assist with process and business improvement initiatives, particularly with respect to continual service improvement.
  • Work within the ITIL framework to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

About You:
