About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at 3124 UXC Limited. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across a wide range of telephony incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Log and manage Service Requests (MACs) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor response and resolution times, providing users with updates and resolution timeframes.
- Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support activities with 3rd party suppliers.
- Evaluate and escalate issues as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 1+ years' experience providing support in an IT/Telecommunications service desk environment. Ideally, you will have experience with IT Service Management applications like Service Now. You will work well under pressure, be able to deal with high-priority issues, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
