Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at 3124 UXC Limited. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across a wide range of telephony incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Log and manage Service Requests (MACs) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor response and resolution times, providing users with updates and resolution timeframes.
  • Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support-related activities with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.

About You:

  • You will have at least 1+ years' experience providing support in an IT/Telecommunications service desk environment.
  • Experience with IT Service Management applications like Service Now is highly desirable.
  • You will work well under pressure and be able to deal with high-priority issues.
  • You will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus are essential.
