Drive customer success by partnering with businesses to optimize their productivity and efficiency. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to drive customer adoption of Google Workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences on Google Cloud.
- Design and implement playbooks to enhance customer knowledge sharing within the Workspace community.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of customer-facing experience driving customer development programs.
- Master's degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
- Experience leading enterprise organizations through digital transformation, collaborating with architects and channel partners.
