Job Opportunity: Motorsport Marketing Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that will drive excitement through social media, events, and creator collaborations. The successful candidate will be responsible for shifting our brand into pole position with motorsport enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving our social marketing strategy, manage content creator partnerships and influencer campaigns to boost brand awareness and understanding.
  • Create social content calendars and platform-specific stories through Instagram reels and engaging YouTube footage.
  • Coordinate events to increase our presence at key motorsport events, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Support the development and promotion of branded merchandise to deepen fan loyalty and engagement.
  • Build and foster community collaboration and growth of community partnerships.
  • Cultivate an active online community through authentic engagement and timely interaction.
  • Monitor content performance and report engagement and conversion metrics to sharpen future campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field, or strong practical experience in automotive/motorsport marketing and/or content creation.
  • Strength and ambition to achieve branding success, with hands-on experience in content creation.
  • Skilled with MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, Light-room, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling flair, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Organised, adaptive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
