We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned divisions, establishing trust and credibility through open communication and regular check-ins.
  • Contribute to business planning activities, analyzing strategic goals, financial outcomes, and operational priorities to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer, and Change Management teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive value and growth.
  • Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to provide insights and recommendations that inform business strategy and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • Sophisticated stakeholder management skills, including influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience effectively using data and insights to support relationship and performance management.
  • An understanding of digital ecosystem platforms and products, with ability to articulate their value proposition.
  • Organisational savviness, with ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities and navigate to solutions.
  • Ability to contribute toward clear business objectives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to variety of small and large audiences.
  • Ability to travel around metropolitan Melbourne to participate in weekly Divisional forums.
