**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Strategic Account Executive to drive Confluent's business growth in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build awareness for Kafka and Confluent
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline in the region
- Closing business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
**Requirements:**
- 15+ years of Enterprise sales experience in the Technology space
- Deep experience selling within the Database, Open Source, Messaging or Big Data space into large enterprise clients
- Ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data and its impact on businesses of all sizes
