Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Civica UK Ltd Full time

We're a global software company that helps deliver critical services for citizens worldwide. Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day.

As a company, we're passionate about what we do and the citizens we help to serve. If you'd like to help champion the use of technology in public services, then Civica is the right place for you.

We're going through an exciting time of change and transformation where Talent Acquisition plays a key role. You'll have the opportunity to own the full TA lifecycle, drive process improvement, and systems optimisation initiatives.

You'll partner with stakeholders to enable them to scale best-in-class software product & platform teams, covering roles for us in Australia, NZ, and Singapore. You'll collaborate with our TA colleagues in the UK and India as we work to implement global processes.

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a global business going through change, where TA is truly valued and trusted. You'll have the opportunity to make a true impact in hiring top talent for the business, while playing a role in shaping a high-performing and efficient global TA function.

Your role in TA will also have a wider impact as we continue on our journey to becoming a Global GovTech Champion, ensuring we have the best talent to enable us to continue to build software products that make a difference to the lives of millions of citizens worldwide.

We're looking for someone based in Melbourne, but open to other locations across Australia. We offer hybrid working, with offices in each key area. At Civica, we work in a global environment, which means you may be required to work outside of regular business hours.

What you will do to be successful in this role
