About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at GroupM. As a key member of our APAC TA Cluster, you will be responsible for providing expert strategy planning, support, and delivery to our agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition plans that meet the needs of our business.
  2. Lead and manage roles end to end, from initial screening to onboarding.
  3. Partner with senior leaders to drive high-caliber talent advisory and provide insights on market trends and talent pipelines.
  4. Identify and develop strategic hiring plans for critical roles, including succession planning and talent pipeline development.
  5. Research and implement new ways of working, processes, and technologies to build a proactive approach to recruitment.
  6. Guide leaders to take greater accountability for engaging talent and ensure a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience working as a senior talent consultant within an in-house talent acquisition/recruitment function, ideally from a media background.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deal with ambiguity in a highly complex matrix structure.
  • Highly solutions-driven, adaptable, and possessing a strong growth mindset.
  • Proven senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Loves data, speed, and accuracy, and collaborative relationships at all times.
