About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent to spearhead the development and execution of our global Talent Strategy. This role is crucial in identifying, selecting, and managing talent across all geographies, while also overseeing career management, EVP ownership, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global talent strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Accountability for the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new hires, including quality of hire and retention.
  • Ownership of Probe Group EVP (external brand), working closely with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure Probe is presented as an Employer of Choice in the external market.
  • Design and deliver a rigorous high-potential talent identification and selection process, focusing on talent retention and succession planning.
  • Work with Senior Business Partners and Organisational Development teams to build plans to address capability gaps.
  • Develop future-focused plans to fill capability gaps, partnering with Senior Business Partners and OD to ensure robust organisational structures are in place.
About You

You are an experienced talent leader with a proven global talent management and acquisition track record. A hands-on approach to recruitment and onboarding complements your strategic mindset. You excel in stakeholder management and are adept at driving EVP initiatives and internal talent mobility.

Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Extensive experience in global talent management and strategy development.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Proven ability to manage EVP and enhance external employer branding.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-potential talent programs and succession planning.
