About this Role
As a highly experienced Specialist Support Coordinator/Senior Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing complex NDIS participant plans, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring funding is used effectively.
- Manage complex NDIS participant plans, analysing funding and ensuring it's allocated correctly.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major plan managers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular participant funding reports and ensure documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with case managers to support participants and prepare high-quality reports.
- Handle challenging conversations professionally and diplomatically.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to participants.
About You
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Deep understanding of NDIS participant plans and funding structures.
- Strong leadership capability – influencing internally and externally.
- Excellent finance literacy skills.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence dealing with difficult or high-pressure situations.
