About the Role

You will be the backbone of our technical operations, providing essential day-to-day support and will be the key contact person for our community of auditors, providers and wider NDIS team. This role will allow you to utilise your previous experience as an NDIS auditor, combined with strong stakeholder engagement and your technical knowledge of all-things NDIS, including changes that come out of the Commission and JASANZ. The role will also entail conducting and overseeing technical reviews and being the go-to person for NDIS matters to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Support: Assist NDIS providers with technical queries related to compliance, standards, and auditing processes.
• Technical Reviews: Lead the technical review function by conducting and overseeing technical reviews, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Auditor Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for contract auditors, including training and induction, with the support of our NDIS Manager.
• Witness Audits: Participate in witness audits to evaluate and support auditor performance.
• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to maintain the quality and integrity of processes and systems.
• Performance Management: Monitor contractor performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure best practice and performance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Lead Auditor ISO 9001 qualification and completed AQA training
• Previous experience as an NDIS Auditor
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the disability and care industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PRODA/COS or Salesforce (desirable).
