What We're Looking For
  • Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload of people who want to continue receiving your services.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services, etc.) preferred.
About the Role

As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping participants navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
  • Connect them with the right services, health professionals, and community resources.
  • Monitor progress, ensuring supports align with participant goals.
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.

Location

Roles are available all over Australia, where you live and support NDIS participants. Fully Remote, with the opportunity to work from our offices if available and desired.

Salary & Employment Type
  • Permanent: per hour + super + salary packaging benefits
  • Subcontract: 70.10 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (and opportunity to discuss subcontract arrangements).
