Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Advisory team, providing high-level support to Partners and contributing to the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Skillfully manage Partner calendars to ensure timely responses and actions.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel bookings and handle expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Timesheet Submission: Ensure timely submission of timesheets for the team.
  • Meeting and Event Organisation: Organise and coordinate meetings and events flawlessly.
  • Financial Administration: Provide robust financial administrative support, including processing accounts for payment.
  • Tender Preparation: Assist in preparing tenders, maintaining credentials, and supporting business development efforts.
  • Client Onboarding: Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and updating the practice management system.
  • People Initiatives: Support team functions, meetings, training sessions, and staff movements.
  • Document Management: Maintain efficient document management practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role gained within a corporate environment.
  • Ideal advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Suite (intermediate level acceptable for Excel).
  • A high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, maturity, and integrity.
  • A strong desire to assist and support colleagues.
  • Proactive and conscientious, with a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for the role.
