Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated High-Level Client Service Specialist to join our team at Interactive Brokers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service and support, ensuring seamless account opening processes, and promoting global financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch client service through effective communication, resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and client service teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our IBA brokerage platform and policies to effectively address client concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance, Program Developers, and Project Managers, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify, analyze, and escalate complex issues, demonstrating excellent troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Law, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client service and/or financial services, preferably in brokerage or corporate banking.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong research, investigatory, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
