Overview

Macquarie, a global financial services group operating in 34 markets, is seeking an experienced High-Level IAM Specialist. As the company continues to grow and expand its digital presence, it requires a skilled professional to lead the development, maintenance, and support of enterprise authentication and authorization systems.

This role is part of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure authentication solutions using Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, and OAuth. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Authentication Platform Architect to ensure seamless integration with Macquarie's users, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of IAM solutions to meet business needs
  • Maintain and improve existing IAM infrastructure to ensure security and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deploy new authentication solutions
  • Monitor and respond to potential threats or issues related to IAM systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with extensive experience in Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, and Active Directory
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and security practices
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, particularly in relation to IAM solutions into CI/CD pipelines and other automated workflows
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are an advantage
