Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Application Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, availability, and performance of critical applications within the organization.
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high application availability and performance standards while continuously improving processes and procedures.
- Coordinating and executing daily operational tasks related to application management, security, compliance, monitoring, performance, and availability.
- Serving as an escalation point and providing technical and application troubleshooting support for team members and end-users.
- Defining and setting up monitoring and threshold notifications, responding to monitoring alerts, diagnosing issues, and escalating as necessary.
- Analysing log data to detect and remediate anomalies, performance issues, and security threats.
- Defining and analysing application performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing automation scripts and tools that reduce regular task toil and maintain operational application effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all managed applications.
Essential qualifications include:
- Significant experience in IT Operations Management.
- Proven experience in end-to-end operational management of applications and services that reside on-premise and in the cloud.
- Strong implementation and understanding of monitoring processes and solutions.
- Excellent log analysis, root cause analysis, and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong administration, configuration, optimization and management of cloud technologies.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Experience with database management and database troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Knowledge of asset financing / fleet leasing products.
- Admin experience with Atlassian toolsets including Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
- Software development experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365/Power platform, Reporting and Analytics.
We offer a competitive salary of around AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, plus benefits such as up to four extra days of leave each year, industry-leading paid parental leave, and education support towards your growth.
