Project HR Manager Job Description

  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Project Functions and HR representatives.
  • Showcase ability to define personnel needs and manage recruitment, mobilization, and related HR activities.
  • Produce high-quality reports on HR performance and schedules.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and procure HR-related services efficiently.
  • Maintain positive industrial relations by liaising with unions and industry confederations.
  • Foster a culture of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability within the organization.

 

 

Main Duties:

  • Designing HR Strategies: Develop and implement integrated HR strategies that align with project objectives.
  • Global HR Needs Management: Coordinate global HR project needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, training requirements, and local content policies.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Act as a liaison between Project Functions and HR representatives, promoting effective communication and information flow.
  • Personnel Management: Support the PMT in defining personnel needs and managing recruitment, mobilization, and related HR activities.
  • Cost Control and Industrial Relations: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and maintain positive industrial relations by liaising with unions and industry confederations.
