Job Description

Strategic HR leader with a passion for driving business outcomes is sought to deliver end-to-end HR advisory services and lead a team.

  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering Manager to shape and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organisation goals and priorities.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships across the business.
  • Lead and coach HR Business Partners to deliver business-facing value-added HR services.
  • Champion and coach team members to utilise self-service tools and base systems to improve user experience and service delivery.
  • Coach and support leaders to effectively lead and implement performance management, development, and total reward initiatives.
  • Work with SMEs and leaders to execute organisational design and workforce planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a safe work environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in senior HR business partnering roles.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in HR team management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for working directly with leaders and team members to deliver outcomes and value to the business.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop leaders and team members.
  • Expertise in project and change management.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
