As a seasoned HR expert, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic objectives and foster a culture of excellence. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective HR strategies, providing expert advice on HR-related matters and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, along with 10 years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business partnering. You should have a proven track record of leading and coordinating multiple projects and influencing across different teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor employees at management level. A multinational company setup experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry, is highly desirable.
