We're seeking an experienced Senior People Services Business Partner to drive strategic HR outcomes that make a real difference. As the central point of contact for senior leaders and internal stakeholders, you will deliver expert advice and lead initiatives that support a high-performing workforce.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing high-level guidance on key HR areas including recruitment, classification, performance management, and grievance resolution. Additionally, you will lead and support HR projects and programs aligned with our strategic direction, developing practical tools and resources to empower managers and improve service delivery.
