Senior People Advisor Role

This role requires a highly experienced professional to provide strategic and operational people advice to senior leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies for business-wide initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve key objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational culture, remuneration, and benefits to support business growth and development.
  • Lead the execution of HR projects, consulting with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions.
  • Advise on domestic and international secondments, flexible work arrangements, and higher duty assignments to support employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Breadth of generalist experience in strategic and operational HR, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior leadership and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • A Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
