Key Role for Strategic HR Manager

Job Description:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals in Australia and New Zealand.
- Provide expert advice on labor laws, payroll management and employee relations to support business strategy delivery.
- Manage local employees, recruitment and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws and local regulations.
- Collaborate with global HR team and CHRO to engage in and execute different HR relevant projects.
- Support collaboration in global working structures of business and manage external legal HR counselling based on individual needs.
Requirements:
- University degree in HR Management or labour law preferred.
- Industry background and good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Four-plus years of HR manager or HRBP experience in an international environment.
- Strong business and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple complex issues, coaching & people competence development, negotiation skills and self-confident.
- Fluency in English is key.
