Compliance Risk Management Specialist

A&G's Compliance Monitoring Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring robust incident and breach management to meet regulatory and business requirements.
This position reports directly to the Head of Incident Management and is part of a key team that investigates, reports, and remediates compliance incidents, fostering compliance across the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Incident Management: Manage incidents through their lifecycle, including investigation, reporting, rectification, and closure.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Compliance Education: Develop and deliver compliance education and awareness programs.
- Compliance Advisory Services: Provide compliance advisory services to support business operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business units to ensure effective incident management.
- Documentation: Document all incident management activities accurately.
- Analysis: Monitor and analyze incident data to identify trends and improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior managers and key stakeholders to foster proactive compliance management.
- Experience: At least 5 years in an insurance business or compliance incidents management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the general insurance industry is highly regarded.
- Compliance or Legal Experience: Previous compliance or legal experience is highly regarded.
- Risk Management Systems: Experience with risk management systems.
- Leadership and Engagement: Leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage SME experts the A&G way.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
