Job Description

At ServiceNow, we're on a mission to make the world work for everyone. As a Solution Sales Executive - Customer & Industry Solutions, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and innovation across our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, priority customers, and partners.
  • Align as Executive Sponsor on key accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and execute growth strategies, including demand generation, sales play construction, and customer events.
  • Represent the Workflow in global forecast calls, quarterly product reviews, and GTM planning activities.
  • Analyze market insights to support proactive strategy development and opportunity discovery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Industry Solution sales, business development, and GTM strategy.
  • Proven enterprise software sales experience in a large, global, matrixed sales organization.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior product leaders to build and grow businesses.
  • Expert sales, industry, and product knowledge related to the XYZ business.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
