Our platform assists clients in pinpointing challenges within their ERP environments, implementing applications, and utilizing predefined workflows or low-code/no-code solutions, all while striving for continuous improvement of their essential ERP systems.
The ERP Solution Sales Executives will be vital in nurturing and expanding our evolving ERP product suite while ensuring outstanding user experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with ERP Specialist Solution Consultants to devise and execute a go-to-market strategy for your designated area.
- Drive new business growth with an entrepreneurial approach, leveraging a solid foundation of a comprehensive go-to-market engine that consistently fosters remarkable growth.
- Utilize extensive domain expertise to generate leads, develop opportunities, and assist core field teams in closing ERP deals.
- Meet the NNACV quota for the ERP product line in your region.
- Provide timely and reliable insights into quarterly forecasts and overall business health across multiple quarters.
- Implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners, including marketing, partners, and sales teams.
- Contribute as part of a small, geographically dispersed team dedicated to nurturing and expanding our ERP product line.
- Offer feedback to the product management team regarding enhancements that can address client needs and add market value.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing ServiceNow's sales capacity and ensuring competitive readiness.
- Guide target account selection and prioritization, working closely with aligned solution sales specialists and core sales teams to develop and implement ERP strategies.
- Encourage the sharing of best practices among field teams and contribute to a vibrant virtual community focused on ERP.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of sales experience, particularly with new or incubation products.
- In-depth sales, market, and product knowledge related to ERP, with specific expertise in selling ERP enterprise software within a large, global matrixed sales organization.
- Prior experience in a specialized sales organization is preferred; familiarity with the ServiceNow low-code platform is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across all functions within the sales ecosystem.
- Understanding of customer buying preferences, market dynamics, and key drivers, with the ability to translate them into valuable sales engagements.
- A consistent history of sales excellence, consistently meeting and exceeding team quotas.
- Demonstrated skills in sales techniques, customer interaction, and relationship management.
- Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities, with a solid grasp of key financial metrics and market insights analysis.
- A proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprise-level clients and building relationships at the C-suite level.
- Robust organizational, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A proactive individual with a collaborative mindset for team success.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
